Mr. Powell, Technology Group Leader, has more than 20 years of direct working experience with ERH. Mr. Powell was a key member on the Battelle team that developed the ERH technology for the Department of Energy (DOE) and his expertise covers ERH theory, system design, construction and operations. He has applied ERH at sites across the United States with varying subsurface complexities and contaminants. Mr. Powell’s experience covers all aspects of electrical distribution and control, instrumentation, and system configuration management. His expertise with Quality Control and Quality Assurance (QA/QC) functions was developed during his decade of experience working under stringent DOE QA/QC policies and procedures at the Battelle National Laboratory in Richland, WA.
